What is Yield Guild Games (YGG)?
Yield Guild Games is a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) where P2E (Play-to-Earn) gamers gather to lend and rent NFT-based assets as well as make money playing games. The DAO is made up of several SubDAO, each SubDAO is a community of a specific game. Currently, Yield Guild Games supports players from 30 NFT games.
The DAO was launched in 2020 by three Filipinos - Gabby Dizon, Beryl Li, and Owl of Moistness. Currently, it is one of the biggest P2E game guilds in the blockchain market.
How Yield Guild Games (YGG) Works
Yield Guild Games creates revenues primarily through lending and renting NFT assets. This allows those who don't have the money to purchase NFT to be able to rent NFT and earn extra income playing P2E games. The assets generated from playing games will be distributed in YGG tokens among the DAO, the owner, and the player.
Other revenue streams are from in-game lands and the rise in NFT marke t price.
