Additionally, eleven other countries have adopted the USD as their official currency, including Ecuador, El Salvador, Zimbabwe, Palau, Marshall Islands, Panama, the British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, Timor-Leste, Micronesia, and Bonaire.
