TrustToken, the company that issues TUSD, is registered as a Money Service Business under the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the United States. Their funds are regulated by The Nevada Department of Business Industry, Financial Institutions Division. Moreover, the collateral for TrueUSD is audited by Cohen Company as well as Armanino, both of which are top global accounting firms in the world.
