TeleportDAO uses a light-client verification method instead of a validator-based approach to enable secure cross-chain communication. It consists of the Relay contract on the target blockchain and Relayer nodes responsible for fetching and submitting data. The Relay contract verifies the submitted block headers, incentivizing Relayers to submit valid data promptly. This process allows for various cross-chain applications, such as checking user balances or verifying smart contract states. Additionally, TeleportDAO provides specialized bridges for Bitcoin and Ethereum to facilitate interactions with EVM-compatible chains.
