ANZ: In a bull market scenario, gold prices could surpass $5,000 per ounce by 2026
Jinse Finance reported that ANZ Bank stated that under scenarios of deteriorating global growth prospects, renewed trade tensions, compromised Federal Reserve independence, and stock market sell-offs, gold prices are expected to surpass $5,000 per ounce by 2026. If the U.S. economic growth outlook improves, the U.S. dollar unexpectedly appreciates, and the Federal Reserve adopts a hawkish stance, gold prices may fall back to $3,500 per ounce by 2026.
