CoinShares withdraws its application for a Solana staking ETF submitted to the US SEC
Jinse Finance reported that asset management company CoinShares withdrew its application for a Solana staking exchange-traded fund (ETF) submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday. According to documents filed with the SEC, the proposed fund's structured transactions and asset acquisitions were never completed. The document states: "This registration statement is intended to register shares proposed to be issued in connection with a transaction that ultimately was not completed. No shares have been sold under the above registration statement, and no shares will be sold."
