Ford Motor surged 12%. Chip stocks performed strongly, with Intel up 0.31%, AMD up 7.6%, and Alphabet up 2.6%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed up 0.2%, WeRide rose 5.1%, and Alibaba rose 1.5%.
