ChainOpera AI Co-founder Salman Avestimehr: AI agents will drive mass adoption of DeFi and RWA, dedicated to building a community-governed Crypto AGI network
According to ChainCatcher, at the Silicon Valley 101 x RootData Annual Summit held in Silicon Valley, Salman Avestimehr, co-founder of ChainOpera AI and professor at the University of Southern California, delivered a keynote speech on "The Foundation of Collaborative AI Agent Networks." He systematically elaborated on his vision of "Crypto AGI," which aims to build a community-driven and community-owned AI agent network, deeply integrating AI and blockchain technology to promote the large-scale adoption of DeFi and real-world assets (RWA).
Salman pointed out that the current DeFi and AI sectors are facing issues such as complexity of use and resource monopoly, respectively. ChainOpera AI is committed to bridging these two fields through a community-driven intelligent agent network. He highlighted three core components:
The ChainOpera AI Terminal application, which serves as the user entry point, integrates the CoCo personal assistant, AI keyboard, and agent social network to enable human-machine collaborative operations; a decentralized AI agent platform that supports community development, offering low-cost, highly available shared GPU and model services; and an AI collaboration protocol based on "Proof of Intelligence" consensus, which incentivizes users, developers, and resource providers in a verifiable manner.
In addition, Salman stated that ChainOpera AI has already achieved early-scale validation, with over 200,000 daily active on-chain users, more than 10,000 AI agents developed within the ecosystem, and partnerships established with over 50 partners.
