On September 30th, ZOOZ Power Limited announced today (September 30th) that it has completed the first purchase of 525 bitcoins, with a total value of $60 million, at an average purchase price of approximately $114,000 per bitcoin. The company has raised $159 million in private financing, with 95% planned for long-term bitcoin reserves. In addition, ZOOZ has submitted an F-3 form to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to raise up to $1 billion to advance its business development.
