Japanese digital securities platform "renga" operator Digital Securities completes new financing of approximately $2 million
On September 28, it was reported that Digital Securities Co. Ltd., a Japanese company operating the digital securities platform "renga," announced the completion of a 300 million yen (approximately $2.0067 million) Series A second round of financing. Since its establishment, the company's total accumulated financing has reached 1.2 billion yen (about $8.02 million). Investors in the latest round include SBI Ventures Three LLC and Mitsubishi UFJ Capital No.10 Investment Limited Partnership. According to the introduction, as a "digital securities market platform," the company provides services offering diversified investment products such as real estate funds and solar energy funds that can be purchased in small amounts. The platform built by the company is available for use by both individual and institutional investors.
