The Smarter Web Company announces completion of placement of 3,826,799 ordinary shares
Jinse Finance reported that The Smarter Web Company, a London-based listed technology company, announced that it has completed the placement of 3,826,799 ordinary shares pursuant to the subscription agreements announced on June 19, 2025 and September 4, 2025 (“Subscription Shares”). The total fundraising amount for this placement of Subscription Shares is £4,956,905 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £1.30 per share. The company will receive settlement for about 97% of the subscription funds at the beginning of this week. As of now, all ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025 have been placed, while the remaining unplaced ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025 amount to 17,722,000 shares.
