Bitget celebrates its seventh anniversary, transforming into the world's first panoramic exchange (UEX)
ChainCatcher reported that Bitget has officially launched its seventh anniversary celebration today. CEO Gracy Chen published an open letter, introducing for the first time the concept of the Universal Exchange (UEX), which represents the next generation of exchanges. UEX aims to break the "impossible triangle" dilemma faced by both CEX and DEX, namely simultaneously meeting user experience, asset diversity, and security requirements. With its new identity as UEX, Bitget plans to integrate tradable crypto and traditional world assets globally, and, leveraging intelligent AI tools and industry security practices, significantly enhance the intelligence and security of trading.
Gracy stated that Bitget's onchain trading product is about to undergo a major update. After the update, onchain trading will support all assets on mainstream public chains, and users will be able to trade millions of onchain assets directly with exchange funds, without the need to create a non-custodial wallet. In the coming months, Bitget will also support more traditional world assets such as stocks, forex, and gold, realizing a UEX that trades core global assets.
Bitget's seventh anniversary celebration is themed "Full Speed 7 Journey," symbolizing a new starting point towards the UEX era. During the celebration, the global event "7-Level Sprint Challenge" features a $400,000 prize pool, and a special Bitget co-branded MotoGP racing motorcycle is offered as the ultimate grand prize.
