ChainCatcher news, according to monitoring by Onchain Lens, a wallet (0x0f0...213) associated with the Ethereum Foundation transferred 4,000 ETH, worth approximately $17.19 million, to a new wallet (0xACA...3B9) after being dormant for 9 years.
