BlockBeats News, on September 2, Canadian listed company SonicStrategy Inc. (Canadian Securities Exchange code: SPTZ) announced that it has received a $40 million USD (55 million CAD) investment commitment from Sonic Labs. The investment settlement and issuance of convertible debt instruments will be completed within 5 business days. The funds are intended to be used to expand the team, promote product development, and accelerate market expansion.
