According to ChainCatcher, Forbes reports that in 2024, the scale of non-financial real-world asset (RWA) tokenization grew by 240% year-on-year, significantly outpacing traditional RWA categories. The core developments are concentrated in three major areas: domain name assets, intellectual property, and carbon credits.
In terms of intellectual property, platforms such as Oasys have established blockchain-based IP certification systems to reduce the risk of rights confirmation fraud, and the fractional trading model for music copyrights has expanded into the creative industries.
It is reported that Oasys is a Layer 1 blockchain designed specifically for gaming. Through its EVM L1 and private L2 aggregation, Oasys provides an attractive solution for both large and independent game studios to deploy their games and intellectual property on-chain.
