BlockBeats News, July 27 — U.S. Commerce Secretary Lighthizer stated that the August 1 tariff hike deadline will not be extended. Europe needs and is willing to reach a trade agreement with the United States; the question is whether the deal offered by the EU is good enough for Trump to abandon the threat of a 30% tariff.
