US-listed company Synaptogenix completes its first TAO token acquisition, appoints BitGo as custodian and begins staking for yield
According to a report by Jinse Finance, as cited by PRNewswire, the US-listed biotechnology company Synaptogenix (NASDAQ: SNPX) has announced the completion of its first TAO token acquisition, as part of its recently unveiled cryptocurrency treasury strategy focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. The company has selected digital asset infrastructure provider BitGo to offer qualified custody, staking, and trading services for its TAO holdings. Synaptogenix Executive Chairman Joshua Silverman stated that, under the guidance of James Altucher, the company’s Head of Crypto TAO Strategy, Synaptogenix has acquired the leading crypto AI token TAO and has begun staking the token to generate yield and capital appreciation. Synaptogenix has already started earning returns through TAO staking, with the initial acquisition funds coming from the company’s ample cash reserves.
