The renowned obituary platform Legacy has released a suspected obituary for $ZEREBRO founder Jeffy Yu, indicating that Jeffy Yu passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 22. According to the obituary, Jeffy Yu was a visionary artist and technology expert who entered Stanford University at the age of 15 to study computer science. He later attended Northeastern University and Arizona State University. At 19, he worked full-time as a software engineer in Santa Cruz, and at 21, he co-founded a company that reached a market value of $800 million in less than six months.
