Kelp: Discovery of Fee Minting Contract Error During Upgrade, Suspension of Deposit and Withdrawal Functions to Ensure Fund Security
Ethereum re-staking protocol Kelp has disclosed that a recent upgrade revealed an error in the fee minting contract, resulting in excess rsETH being minted to its fee address. All funds remain secure within the smart contract. The team is working to resolve this issue. For safety reasons, deposit and withdrawal functions have been suspended.
