Trump: suspend tariffs because people are ‘a little bit scared’

US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he had decided to suspend high tariffs on goods from dozens of trading partners for 90 days because people are ‘a little bit scared.’ Trump also told reporters that he believes in ‘fair agreements’ between the United States and all countries.
