The CEO of Blockchain Association announces that he will resign and join Solana
Kristin Smith posted on social media platform X, announcing that she will officially step down as the CEO of Blockchain Association on May 16, 2025, and join Solana on May 19 to serve as the President of Solana Policy Research Institute, leading its policy strategy layout. Smith reflected on the industry advocacy and regulatory dialogues she led during her tenure and stated that although she will leave her current position, it is not a farewell to the crypto industry but a "change of perspective". Currently, the board of directors of Blockchain Association has initiated the selection work for the successor CEO.
