Bitcoin futures fell about 4% on Friday
In late New York trading, the CME bitcoin futures BTC main contract was down 3.97% from Thursday's late New York trading at $83,980.00, with a cumulative loss of 0.56% for the week, after oscillating at highs from Monday to Thursday and having reached $89,335.00 on Monday, before turning lower on Friday. Over the last seven natural days, Bitcoin spot is down a cumulative 0.15%, temporarily at $84,059, after a significant, sustained move higher on Sunday and Monday to a high of $88,785.81, before oscillating higher from Tuesday to Thursday, and then significantly retracing that gain on Friday.The main CME ethereum futures DCR contract is down 6.65% at $1,881.00, with a cumulative loss of 5.31% for the week.
