On February 17, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy recently revealed new details about the issuance of the LIBRA token project. He stated that he originally planned to join the project as a consultant and bought tokens at the time of issuance, but later decided to return approximately 6 million tokens after project consultant Hayden Davis informed him that he could not publicly receive gifted tokens.
