Grant Cardone launches $88M fund combining real estate and Bitcoin

Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capital, has launched a new fund that merges real estate income with Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) investments, amounting to a total of $88 million.

This innovative fund aims to provide investors with a hybrid model that integrates the stability of real estate with the growth potential of cryptocurrency over the next four years.

Cardone initiated this model by acquiring an apartment complex in Melbourne, Florida, for approximately $72 million and investing an additional $15 million in Bitcoin.

The strategy involves using rental income from the property to invest monthly in Bitcoin, gradually shifting the fund's asset allocation from 85% real estate and 15% Bitcoin to 70% real estate and 30% Bitcoin.

Cardone has high expectations for Bitcoin's performance, predicting that if it reaches $158,000 within a year and $251,000 within two years, the fund's value could increase by 25% and 61%, respectively.

He anticipates that Bitcoin could hit $1 million per coin within five years, planning to replicate this model with ten similar initiatives by June.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Cardone Capital manages around 15,000 apartments funded by nearly 18,400 investors.

The firm distributes approximately $80 million in dividends annually while avoiding corporate investments.

Cardone emphasises a cautious approach compared to some trends in the blockchain industry.

He plans to purchase Bitcoin within 72 hours after receiving monthly distributions without focusing on price fluctuations.

The fund aims to present new opportunities by integrating real estate income with the cryptocurrency market. Cardone's strategy seeks to ensure portfolio diversification through this dual-asset model.

At the time of reporting, the Bitcoin (BTC) price was $102,148.
