Mark Cuban proposes creating Memecoin to repay U.S. debt
Billionaire and Cost Plus Drugs co-founder Mark Cuban has proposed creating a Memecoin to fund the repayment of U.S. national debt. On January 21, Cuban stated that if Memecoin becomes "mainstream," he might issue an official Memecoin similar to one for former U.S. President Donald Trump. He said the terms and issuance schedule of this token would be the same as Trump's, but all revenue would be used to repay U.S. national debt. (Cointelegraph)
