“Bitcoin: Hard Money” Author Predicts XRP Price After Trump Takes Over

Jason A. Williams, author of “Bitcoin: Hard Money You Can’t F*ck With,” predicts XRP price after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.

With the imminent arrival of the forthcoming Donald Trump administration, the broader crypto community believes asset prices could skyrocket on the back of the pivotal event. However, the actual extent of this anticipated rally remains uncertain.

Jason A. Williams, a crypto investor and FOX Business contributor, recently noted what he believes could be the prices of some of the major crypto assets amid this upsurge. The market analyst revealed his price predictions for Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, and Solana (SOL), the top four assets, in a disclosure on X.

Williams Predicts XRP Price After Trump’s Inauguration

According to Williams, XRP’s price could spike to $6.9, which is double its 2018 all-time high, following Donald Trump’s inauguration. It bears mentioning that XRP was one of the biggest beneficiaries of the Trump-induced market-wide rally from early November to early December 2024.

For context, after Trump’s victory in the November election, XRP skyrocketed from an average price of $0.50 on Nov. 4, 2024, to a new seven-year top of $3.4 on Jan. 16, 2025. This run essentially marked a 580% increase within a month and a half, representing XRP’s biggest rally in years.

Now, with Trump’s inauguration around the corner, analysts believe the altcoin could record another leg up. Interestingly, at press time, XRP’s price had already breached the $3 level, and a more substantial rally from this region could help it break above the 2018 all-time high easily.

Amid the optimism, Williams has predicted the $6.9 target for the XRP price. Notably, XRP would need to rally by a mere 121% from its current level to reach the $6.9 price. This projected growth is nearly 5 times less than XRP’s 480% upsurge following Trump’s election win, making the $6.9 price readily feasible.

Price Predictions for Other Assets

Besides XRP, Williams is also bullish on two of the three remaining top crypto assets. According to his disclosure, Bitcoin could rally further to a price of $250,000 after Trump’s inauguration. This would mark an additional 145% increase for the firstborn crypto after an initial 55% rise following the election victory.

In addition, Williams expects Solana to rise 719% to a lofty price of $2,000 after a mere 58% surge from early November to December 2024. Meanwhile, the market pundit is bearish on Ethereum, the altcoin king, predicting the asset will continue its consolidation pattern at $3,000 even after Trump’s inauguration.
