The President of The ETF Store: Invesco submitted multiple equity category structure applications to the U.S. SEC today
The President of The ETF Store, Nate Geraci, posted on X stating that Invesco (the fourth largest ETF issuer) has submitted multiple equity category structure applications to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today. Now nearly 40 fund companies are seeking iterations of this structure, which could easily become headline news for ETFs in 2025 (as well as other spot crypto ETFs).
