South Korea's Supreme Court has rejected Fantom's former CEO's appeal

 the Supreme Court of South Korea has rejected the appeal of Byung-Ik Ahn, former CEO of Fantom, on the grounds of lack of evidence. The case originated from SikSin's failure to fulfill the service agreement signed with Fantom, including technology implementation and the application of Fantom technology in the South Korean food technology industry.
