NYSE submits 8.800-E rule change and Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund listing application to SEC
NYSE Arca has submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to adopt new rule 8.800-E, which will allow for the listing and trading of investment products based on commodities and digital assets. At the same time, the exchange specifically proposed to list and trade shares of Grayscale's Digital Large Cap Fund based on this new rule.
Previously, it was reported that on October 15th, Grayscale applied to the US Securities and Exchange Commission to convert its digital large-cap fund into an ETF, which is mainly composed of Bitcoin (accounting for nearly 75%) and Ethereum (accounting for approximately 19%), with the remaining including SOL, XRP, and AVAX.
