Whenever you try to do something sensitive on Jupiter Mobile, like exporting your recovery phrase (which is super important for keeping your wallet safe) or making a big transfer, the app will ask you to confirm your identity.

Jupiter Mobile has set the default time for Biometric Authentication to 5 minutes. This means that once you log in, you can carry on with your transactions without needing to scan your fingerprint or face again for the next 5 minutes.
However, if you want to tighten security even more, you can choose the “Instant” option. With this setting, you’ll need to authenticate every single time you want to do something in your wallet.
