Analysis: The Vice President of Sotheby's is suspected of profiting over one million dollars on BAN through an internal wallet
According to Lookonchain monitoring, Sotheby's Vice President Michael Bouhanna bought many Meme coins but made almost no profit. Later, he launched a Meme coin named BAN with his own wallet "5W7U...b3cV", and made over one million dollars on BAN using just an internal wallet.
Bouhanna publicly commented that "5W7U...b3cV" is his address (the post has been deleted by him), the address is the deployer of BAN, and the funds of "5W7U...b3cV" come from "EwVB...mD2", which traded many Meme coins but made almost no profit.
Although Bouhanna has destroyed all 37.36 million BAN in his wallet under pressure, analysis found that he purchased BAN with an internal wallet and profited more than one million dollars.
"3wj7...yBoG" also received funds from "EwVB...mD2", which may belong to Bouhanna.
In total, he only spent 10.2 SOL ($1,795) to buy 36.27 million BANs and sold 18.13 million of them at a price of $1376000; there are still 18.13 million BANs left (worth $900000).
