Bloomberg Analyst: SOL, XRP ETF applications are seen as 'call options' for Trump's victory
On October 25, according to Cointelegraph, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said that U.S. issuers are seeking to register Solana and XRP ETFs before the November presidential election, these applications are seen as "bullish options for Trump's victory".
If Trump wins, he may appoint a chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission who is more inclined towards liberalism, which could be beneficial for the development of cryptocurrency ETFs. In contrast, if Kamala Harris wins, these applications might be shelved.
