PAC Fairshake has raised more than $169 million in donations since its inception
Cryptocurrency-backed political action committee (PAC) Fairshake reports it has raised more than $169 million in donations since its inception and is supporting candidates through media buys or its affiliated PAC (Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress). In a 17 October filing with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Fairshake PAC reported that it spent more than $900,000 on media ads in support of Representative Thomas Suozzi, Democrat, in New York State's 3rd Congressional District, and disclosed that it spent more than $60,000 on media ads in support of Representative Yves Yap, Democrat, in Colorado's 8th Congressional District. The PAC also disclosed that it spent more than $60,000 on media advertisements in support of Democratic Congressman Yadira Caraveo in Colorado's 8th Congressional District.
