Hex Founder Richard Heart Wanted by Finnish Police
Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Schueler (aka Richard Heard or Richard Heart) is currently under criminal investigation in Finland for aggravated tax evasion and assault. According to local Finnish media outlet YLE, Finnish police suspect Schueler, who lives in Helsinki, of aggravated tax evasion and assault. Helsinki police detective Harri Saristola told the newspaper that Schuler is suspected of owing hundreds of millions of euros in Finnish taxes. Saristola explained that discrepancies between Schuler's tax returns and the tax office's income assessments prompted the investigation.
