Standard Chartered Bank has obtained permission to start providing BTC and ETH custodial services in the UAE
Standard Chartered Bank announced that it will start providing cryptocurrency custody services in the United Arab Emirates, currently supporting BTC and ETH custody. It is reported to have launched related custody services in cooperation with Brevan Howard Digital, the cryptocurrency division of hedge fund Brevan Howard. This custody solution has now obtained permission from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), a specialized financial regulatory agency of DIFC.
