Report: The US Dollar is Unlikely to Continue Rising
According to BlockBeats, on September 9th, YuXin Bank reported that the US dollar slightly increased on Monday, recovering from its recent decline. However, due to investors continuing to digest expectations of aggressive interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve, the dollar was unable to rise significantly.
The analyst stated that the market expects the Fed will cut interest rates by more than 100 basis points before year-end and reduce it by over 200 basis points by July 2025. This situation is preventing a sustained recovery of the dollar and may not rule out new lows in the short term.
This week's focus will be on Harris and Trump's first televised debate as well as Wednesday's U.S inflation data.
