According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, an address has deposited 394.123 BTC into CEX, which were bought two weeks ago at an average price of $52,828 (worth $22.66 million). If sold now, it would make a profit of $1.84 million. The address bc1q5...wt2m2 currently holds a total of 6162 BTC, worth up to $358 million. This is accumulated from various major exchanges over the past 11 months and is suspected to belong to an institution.
