Greeks.live: 184,000 ETH options are about to expire
Greeks.live researcher Adam announced on X that 184,000 ETH options are about to expire, with a Put Call Ratio of 0.80 and the biggest pain point at $2650, nominally valued at $470 million.
The options expiring this week account for about 10% of the total open interest. The current holdings in August, September, and December are relatively close, all exceeding 20%. Looking at the option data, the distribution of option terms is quite even and the term structure is also stable. Recently, expectations for future volatility in the options market have gradually decreased and market conditions will gradually enter a period of stability.
