New York Fed: Ethereum builders largely comply with Tornado Cash sanctions

Ethereum block builders have largely cooperated with sanctions against Tornado Cash, according to a new report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The report says that block validators downstream of the transaction may cooperate, and notes that sanctions may not apply to non-US citizens. (Coindesk)
