U.S. Spot Ether ETF's First-Day Performance Far From January Spot Bitcoin ETF Trading Volume
The first U.S. ethereum ETFs had a strong first day of trading, with volume already exceeding $500 million in the few hours between the U.S. stock market opening and noon in New York. While that's a far cry from the $4.6 billion traded when the spot bitcoin ETF launched in January, it's still a strong start for the ETF's first day of trading. Several of these funds are on track to be among the top 50 U.S. ETFs ever to see the highest volume in their first day of trading.
