XRP Prices and Activity Rise as Ripple CEO Says Legal Resolution Expected “Soon”
According to a recent interview with Bloomberg, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse expects the company to settle its years-long lawsuit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) “very soon”. The price of XRP has risen in recent weeks on speculation that the SEC could announce a settlement after a closed-door meeting next week. Activity levels and the creation of new addresses on the XRP ledger have also reached their highest levels since March, according to analyst firm Santiment.
