The exchange returned $163 million worth of Bitcoin to the German government
According to Arkham Intelligence data, as of 4:15 a.m. Singapore time today, the German government address has received 2,898 Bitcoins returned by the exchange, valued at approximately $163 million, mainly from CEX. Steven Zheng, director of research at The Block, said that the exchange likely returned them because it could not sell Bitcoin within its target price range. Data shows that the German government currently holds 27,461 Bitcoins worth about $1.56 billion.
