According to news on May 14, financial lawyer Scott Johnsson posted on social media that according to official documents, the SEC is considering the ETH security issue in ETH spot ETF orders, and this issue is completely covered in the application for Bitcoin spot/futures ETF products. Not mentioned. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart commented that it seems that the possibility that the SEC will reject the Ethereum spot ETF using "ETH is a security" has increased.
