Tellor is a decentralized oracle protocol that updates and provides off-chain data to the chain for use by smart contracts. The protocol allows data reporters to upload data in a permissionless environment and, through the TRB token incentive mechanism, motivates them to compete to bring valuable information to the chain. Such information can then be used by various DeFi applications, thereby enhancing the functionality and efficiency of the entire ecosystem. TRB is currently quoted at $114.56 on Bitget, up 19.52% in 24 hours.
