SEC Seeks Public Comments on Whether to Require Spot Bitcoin ETF Options to Follow Same Rules as Stock Options
On April 25, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sought public opinion on whether to require spot Bitcoin ETF options to follow the same rules as stock options, such as whether to set position limits for spot Bitcoin ETF options and whether the available supply in the Bitcoin market should be considered when determining position limits for Bitcoin ETP options.
