Ordinals Developer: Runestone Won't Pay CEX for Dog's Coin-Up
Ordinals developer Leonidas said on the X platform that Runestone will not pay CEX for uploading Dog, and that if CEX wants to list Dog, it will need to buy Runestone or Dog from the market.
