Galaxy Research Director: The likelihood of Ethereum spot ETF getting approved in May is extremely low
Alex Thorn, the director of research at Galaxy Research, stated that due to the subpoena issued by the U.S. SEC regarding its relationship with the Ethereum Foundation, coupled with a lack of proactive engagement with ETF applicants two months before the first deadline, it now seems "extremely unlikely" for an Ethereum spot ETF in May.
