Goldman Sachs: Has been investing in the cryptocurrency space and studying crypto bankruptcy claims
Investment bank Goldman Sachs has been actively investing in the cryptocurrency space and is also looking into crypto bankruptcy claims, according to Mathew McDermott, Goldman’s global head of digital assets. McDermott did not specify whether the company has begun buying bankrupt claims. He noted that Goldman Sachs launched a cryptocurrency platform in 2021. The company sees ample opportunity in tokenization and is active in this space by developing its own digital asset platform.
