Grayscale submits an application for a privacy coin-themed ETF to the U.S. SEC
ETFStore President Nate Geraci posted on the X platform stating that Grayscale has submitted an application for the Grayscale Privacy ETF, which focuses on privacy protection agreement assets, to the U.S. SEC. This ETF is index-based and will track companies involved in data security and protection, cybersecurity products and services (including blockchain-based technology solutions), and it will also hold shares of Grayscale Zcash Trust.
In May 2023 news, Grayscale announced that it had submitted N-1A form registration statements to the U.S. SEC regarding the Grayscale Ethereum futures ETF, Grayscale Global Bitcoin Composite ETF, and Grayscale Privacy ETF. These three funds are all series funds of the Grayscale Funds Trust.
