According to EmberCN monitoring, a whale transferred 15 million USDT into CEX on January 28th, then withdrew 6507.8 ETH (equivalent to about 15 million dollars) from CEX over the two days of January 29th and January 30th at a purchase price of $2,305. The whale currently holds 15,073 ETH (equivalent to about $35.19 million).
